Fantastic Beasts 4 (2025) – First Look and Review

The Fantastic Beasts series is set to continue in 2025 with Fantastic Beasts 4, bringing even more magical adventures and dark twists to the wizarding world. The film promises to take fans on a thrilling journey as the battle between good and evil intensifies, with new revelations about the history of wizards, magical creatures, and the ongoing fight against dark forces.

Set in the 1930s, Fantastic Beasts 4 picks up after the shocking events of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald and Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. The dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is still at large, and the wizarding world is teetering on the brink of chaos as tensions between magical communities continue to rise. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), the beloved magizoologist, finds himself once again embroiled in a dangerous mission, tasked with discovering and protecting magical creatures that could tip the balance of power.

What makes Fantastic Beasts 4 particularly exciting is the deeper exploration of the darker aspects of the wizarding world. This film promises to dive deeper into the relationship between Dumbledore (Jude Law) and Grindelwald, uncovering more of their shared past and their rivalry that shaped the magical world we know. The stakes are higher than ever as the battle for control over the magical world reaches its breaking point.

The new film will also introduce more fascinating magical creatures, some of which have the potential to change the course of the conflict. Expect more stunning visual effects as magical creatures take center stage, from majestic beasts to deadly creatures that pose significant threats to the protagonists.

The film’s tone is expected to be darker and more intense, with a focus on the personal and political stakes surrounding the rise of dark magic. The return of familiar faces, like Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) and Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), will add emotional depth as their personal stories intertwine with the larger magical conflict.

Fantastic Beasts 4 looks set to be an epic continuation of the saga, with the same magical spectacle, compelling characters, and thrilling action that has made the franchise so beloved. With a mix of personal drama, magical intrigue, and jaw-dropping visuals, this installment is bound to captivate both old and new fans of the wizarding world.
