大都市アドベンチャー・シティに、ある日まほうの隕石が落ちてきた！なんとその隕石はパウ・パトロールたちにあたらしいマイティパワーを与えてくれ、最強の子犬「マイティ・パウ・パトロール」に大変身！でも、宿敵のライバール市長が、おそろしく頭のいい科学者であるマッドサイエンティストの”ヴィー”と手を組み、このマイティパワーを奪おうと悪だくみを！このマイティピンチを、リーダーのケントと、パウ・パトロールたちは、「マイティパワー」でパウっと解決できるのか！？
