The caption read, “will support my man till the very end proud of you 36! year 7 in the books.” This was a celebration of Jonathan’s seven years in the NFL, beginning with his signing with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in the 2018 NFL draft.

In the next seven years, Jonathan played for four different NFL teams. His time with the Arizona Cardinals was cut short due to injury, but he found his momentum with the Houston Texans, becoming an integral part of the team. By the 2023 season, he was with the Green Bay Packers, and the following year, he joined the Chicago Bears. Throughout these years, the 29-year-old has seen his transfer fee reach impressive levels.

Simone entered Jonathan’s life in December 2019 when they unofficially met while she was leading the Texans onto the field. They officially started dating in March 2020. Although Simone’s appearances at Jonathan’s NFL games have been limited, she made a significant appearance at his first preseason game with the Green Bay Packers in August 2023, supporting him wholeheartedly.

Last Thanksgiving, Simone traveled to Detroit to support Jonathan during a game against the Detroit Lions.
