Why read like a baby when you could read like a rockstar? Kourtney Kardashian’s 1-year-old son Rocky Thirteen has punk rock in his blood (his dad is Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, after all!), and it’s obvious that the cool gene was passed down. The Kardashians star just shared new photos of her baby boy, and we are impressed by his punk-rock reading pose.
Kardashian shared several photos on Instagram this week, captioned, “everything is romantic.” Of course, we zeroed in on shots of her rarely-seen baby, and he was front and center in photo two. Rocky is sitting in front of a kid-size bookshelf in the snap, holding an Inside Out 2 book in front of his face. He has long dark brown hair that is totally emo, plus black footsie pajamas that say “Punk” over and over in white lettering. Is that not the cutest thing?! He’s sitting on his knees with his legs bent back behind him, and if you replaced a book with a guitar he would look ready for the stage!
In another picture, the Lemme founder walks along the sand on the beach with Rocky in her arms. His dark hair is blowing in the wind as he looks straight ahead, this time dressed in black-and-white checkered pajamas. Rocky’s whole look is a mood, and we are obsessed with him.
Other people were too. “Rocky is the cutest,” someone commented. Another person wrote, “can’t believe Rocky is 1 🥹🥹.”
Rocky turned 1 on November 1, and he celebrated his golden birthday with a Disneyland-themed party. “happy 1🎈” Kardashian wrote on Instagram, sharing photos of his Mickey Mouse balloons, themed snacks, and even a visit to Disneyland.
Kardashian’s mom Kris Jenner also wrote a tribute to her grandson for his first birthday. “Happy birthday to our precious Rocky!! I can’t believe you are already a year old!” the family matriarch said. “It feels like just yesterday that we were welcoming you to the world. You are grandchild number 13 and the most precious little smiley boy I have ever met!! I can’t wait to watch you grow up and I am so thankful to God that He chose me to be your grandma. I love you so so much and I can’t wait to watch you grow. ❤️😍🙏🏼 @kourtneykardash @travisbarker”
