Cardi B and Offset are taking their reconciliation to the next level.
Just one day after TMZ spotted the“Money” rapper, 26, FaceTiming the Migos rapper, 27 — whom she proceeded to call her “significant other” — the pair were spotted together at The Big Game Weekend Party at Oak Nightclub in Atlanta on Friday, ahead of the Super Bowl.
Cardi was seen sporting a short, colorful hairstyle and wearing a long dark coat over a sparkly dress for the night out, while Offset opted for a blue turtleneck with a pair of plaid pants.
While in Atlanta on Friday, Cardi opened up PEOPLE about their breakup last year and recent reconciliation, saying her relationship with Offset is “a personal thing.”
Asked about the intense social media speculation over their coupling, Cardi added, “I feel like we just really are a very regular couple.”
“We just do regular things,” Cardi, who will appear in a Pepsi commercial set to air during the big game, continued. “I just feel like: We’re famous … we’re really popular right now — I just don’t know the obsession, like I feel like everything we do is a big deal. Even before the bad scandals, just from the first time they seen us together, it was just like this big crazy deal.”
Still, they are “just taking things slow,” she said, adding, “We have a baby right now. That’s like our real big focus.”
The reconciliation news doesn’t mean Cardi’s ready to give their 6-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari a sibling just yet.
“I want a second child, but I got so much things to do first,” Cardi explained. “Right now, a baby requires 24/7 attention, so imagine two?”
Cardi and Offset began dating in 2017 and secretly wed that September — a month before he publicly proposed to her at a concert in Philadelphia. The pair fended off mounting rumors that Offset was unfaithful throughout their relationship before Cardi announced in December that they had split.
“We are really good friends and we are really good business partners — you know he’s always somebody that I run to talk to, and we got a lot of love for each other — but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
For his part, Offset alluded to the cheating allegations in a lengthy Instagram post of his own later in December, writing in part: “I was partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been partaking in, and I apologize. You know what I’m saying? For breaking your heart, for breaking our promise, for breaking God’s promise and being a selfish, messed up husband.”

By the end of January, however, Cardi was teasing that they were trying to solve their problems.
“We working things out, baby,” she told reporters in New York City.
A source close to the couple later told PEOPLE that Offset “has been pursuing her hard and trying to convince her to get back together with him since the day they split.”
He also vowed he’d “behave,” the source said.
