信託銀行大手の「三井住友信託銀行」は、元社員が信託銀行に勤めていた際にインサイダー取引を行っていたと疑われるような事案があったことが判明したと発表しました。今後、関係当局による捜査や調査に全面的に協力するとともに、調査委員会を設置して事実関係の確認などを行うとしています。三井住友信託銀行は、このあと午後6時から大山一也社長が記者会見し、事案の詳しい内容や発覚した経緯について説明することにしています。
