The report, obtained by 11Alive, states that the “Lifestyle” hitmaker was initially found at his Atlanta home “asleep on the floor by the kitchen with food in his mouth” by his brother Andre Munford in the early hours of September 5.

Munford told police he then carried Rich Homie onto a couch, describing the circumstances as “very unusual.”

Hours later, Quan’s girlfriend Amber Williams awoke to find him laying on the couch. She then left the house to drop her kids off at school.

Upon returning, Williams said Quan had not moved from the couch. Assuming he was still sleeping, she went back upstairs to their bedroom to go back to sleep, the report says.

After waking up, Williams said she checked on Quan at 11 a.m. which is when she noticed that his body was cold and he did not appear to be breathing. She immediately called 911, per the report.

The responding officer said Rich Homie Quan did not appear to be “alert, conscious or breathing” when he arrived at the property and he did not suspect foul play.

Quan, who was 34 years old, was transported to nearby Grady Hospital in Atlanta where he was pronounced dead.

A cause of death has yet to be revealed. An autopsy was completed on the rapper last week, but results won’t be released until further tests are completed.

Williams later expressed her sadness and grief over Rich Homie Quan’s death on social media, writing: “The pain is unbearable. The love you all have shown is an over flow. I truly appreciate everyone who’s reached out. I’m traumatized from a moment that’ll forever be in my head.”

She added: “I have nothing to prove because my love for my other half was ALWAYS shown, I had nothing to hide. Please respect me and the family at this time. Our house is no longer a home. I’m completely heartbroken.

“15 years gone. I’ll never be the same. This is a complete nightmare. We never could let go, but you didn’t have to leave me like this. #Numb.”

The rapper’s father Corey Lamar also posted a statement that read: “Unbearable pain. Lord please please please help me to understand this. To lose my son (my 1st born, my best friend. Lord please let this be a dream….Yall pray for me and my family. I feel like I’m crushed into a million pieces.”

Tributes also poured in from Rich Homie Quan’s friends and collaborators, particularly those in the Atlanta Hip Hop scene in which he was a shining star in the early-mid 2010s, including Playboi Carti, Metro Boomin, Quavo, 2 Chainz and DJ Drama.
