The Independent recently highlighted the possible legal troubles facing Kardashian, noting that Lemi’s advertising might have violated consumer rights by misleadingly presenting the capabilities of its offerings. The firm is specifically examining claims related to the Lemi Per Gummies, which are marketed as enhancing vaginal health and odor, as well as Lemi Curb Capsules aimed at supporting healthy blood sugar levels, and Lemi Debloat Gummies, which purport to alleviate bloating symptoms. Additionally, the Lemi Matcha Gummies, which are advertised to boost cellular energy and metabolism, are also under scrutiny.

Critics have previously voiced concerns about the Lemi brand, particularly regarding the Lemi Per Gummies. Medical professionals took to social media to caution against using these products, asserting that promoting alterations to natural bodily functions is misleading and potentially harmful. The investigation has prompted Zimmerman Reed to reach out to Lemi customers, asking if they believed the products would deliver the results advertised at the time of purchase, which could lead to compensation for those misled.

Furthermore, scrutiny of the Lemi Matcha Gummies has raised eyebrows due to their low dosage of matcha. Research indicates that a far greater amount is necessary to yield effective energy-boosting results, with a typical serving of matcha containing approximately 2,000 mg—significantly more than the 100 mg found in Lemi’s formulation. The marketing claims surrounding these products suggest they deliver health benefits that may not be scientifically substantiated.

This is not the first time Kardashian has faced backlash over her brand. In April, a TikTok creator named Be Better Company conducted an in-depth review of Lemi’s products, initially intending to praise them for their marketing. However, upon further investigation, the creator expressed disappointment, questioning the integrity of the ingredients used. The influencer’s revelations about proprietary blends—where companies disclose a total amount of certain ingredients but not their individual quantities—raised ethical concerns about transparency in supplement advertising.

While the Lemi Sleep Gummies have received positive reviews for their effectiveness in promoting restful sleep, other products in the lineup are perceived as gimmicky and overpriced.
