Paige Spiranac packed her golf clubs away and headed for the race track on Saturday, enjoying a day out for the NASCAR Cup Series 400.
Gold’s most famous influencer headed to Daytona International Speedway in Florida on Saturday where she got to ride in the pace car – and it was clearly an experience to remember.
She shared a video on Instagram where she said: ‘Ok, post pace car I am emotional because that is one of the coolest thing I have ever done.
‘To hear the cars, and they are flying by me right now, oh my god. Big NASCAR girl. The biggest.’
In a separate post, she wrote: ‘Thank you Daytona and Nascar for this incredible day! You need to go if you haven’t been to a NASCAR race before. Wow!’.

She also thanked racer Mamba Smith, with whom it appears she filmed something with from the day.

As for the race itself, Josh Berry was fortunate to escape serious injury after a scary crash late on.
No. 4 Ford flipped and slammed into an inside retaining wall while upside down and sliding on its roof.
Berry had to wait several minutes inside his car as safety crews flipped the car over. But Berry flashed a thumbs-up to the crowd after getting helped out.
