あの雨の日、私の心は殺されました。 元フジテレビアナウンサーの渡邊渚さん（27歳）は、“あの時”のことをそう振り返る。 ’23年6月、仕事の延長線上で起きた出来事によって、渡邊さんは「PTSD」（心的外傷後ストレス障害）を発症。休職を余儀なくされ、’24年8月にフジテレビを退職した。 今年1月29日には、アナウンサー時代や療養生活中の思いなどを綴ったフォトエッセイ『透明を満たす』を上梓し、大きな反響を呼んでいる。彼女はいま、何を思うのか。独占インタビューに応じた。 なぜいま、書籍を出そうと思ったのか。それは、私自身の体験を記すことで、同じような苦しみを抱える人の助けになりたいと考えていたところに、ちょうどオファーをいただいたからです。再出発した昨年10月から執筆に取り掛かり、本を出版できたのが1月29日でした。 ’23年6月のあの夜、恐怖で身体が動かなくなり、「助けて」が届かない絶望を知りました。身体と心が乖離し、何が起きているのかもよくわからなかった。生命の危機すら感じる出来事でした。
