Lil Wayne wants to sell his Florida property in order to earn a few million dollars. The American rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has listed his magnificent Miami Beach waterfront home for sale, asking $29.5 million.
Constructed in 2017, the chic, modern villa is situated in the little tropical haven of Allison Island. According to real estate records, the Grammy winner, who calls himself a “young money millionaire,” paid $16.75 million for the house a year later. Also, it seems to be worth eight figures. 110 feet of water frontage on the glistening Biscayne Bay are available on the half-acre lot. Just over 10,600 square feet in size, the contemporary mansion has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and outstanding water views.
A large room with windows from the floor to the 22-foot-high ceilings is reached through a stately mahogany-clad foyer. There are two family rooms, a movie theater, a wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen with separate staff quarters, and the main kitchen with custom Italian cabinets and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The spacious master suite, which has two primary bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a lounge, and a sizable patio with a view of the bay, is also suited for rap royalty.
Meanwhile, the rear features a cabana, an outdoor dining area, and a sizable swimming pool. Along with a three-car garage, you’ll have easy access to Miami Beach’s immaculate waters.Listing agent Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman said the “Lollipop” singer’s apartment is in one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive gated neighborhoods. Indeed, there are a few of upscale residences and condominiums scattered over the 35-acre Allison Island, but they are getting harder to find.
“With a high demand for new homes on Miami Beach and a very limited supply in the ultra-luxury market, 6480 Allison Road checks all the boxes for today’s discerning buyers looking for the ultimate waterfront property,” Matz emailed Robb Report.
