50 Cent has shocked fans after taking a sly dig at Rick Ross after the rapper was rushed to hospital last week.
The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ star and Ross have a longstanding feud, which sensationally saw 50 Cent ordered to pay out $5 million to a Florida woman called Lavonia Leviston – the mum of one of Ross’ children – for publishing a sex tape of her in 2009.
Presumably after learning Ross had been hospitalised, 50 posted a still from Rocky IV taken from the scene where Dolph Lundgren’s character Ivan Drago says, “If he dies, he dies,” while standing over a dying Apollo Creed.
The rapper left the picture captionless.
Ross was taken ill at home in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Emergency services were called to his Miami home at around 3.30am on Thursday when the rapper was discovered unresponsive.

Dismissing reports that the rapper was on life support, a fellow rapper and a close friend – Fat Trel – told BET this weekend that Ross was doing “good,” but “is not on life support.”
Meanwhile, other famous friends of Ross have been sending him their support on social media.
“Prayers up for my guy,” Snoop Dogg said. “Hope you pull thru my brotha.”
While Naomi Campbell wrote: “Let’s all pray for Rick Ross.”
